Both my Paragon and my Reputation points are maxed out. I saved the Admiral on Rannoch and I shut down the server, so these should both have gained me points. Tali was found Not Guilty and also was Exonerated (two boxes checked for her), and I destroyed the Heretics (because after playing through as a FemShep, I learned that this is the better choice).
